Loong long ago....(Thundering sounds) in the streets of china there was a soup shop where a 40 yr old man and a 15 yr old son was taking care of , They used to provide food and make a decent amount of money for living since the boy's childhood he loves fishing and Studying but since his mother's death he couldn't do well it affected his life and his mind and for a living his father needed help and he abandoned his dreams and helped his father to make a living as a soup shop in a market bazaar

lot of people will visit and when I say "People" not just any people but the street gangs of the great market they used to use our soup shop as a main place of business from main meetings to silent murders they used our soup shop , my father also benefitted from it by making extra money and more friends one day the police found out our business is head quarters they raided it forced and injured anyone who was inside the hotel I managed to slip and hide

they captured the gang members and my father stating "Murderers and Robbers" they found me hiding under a table and placed me in teenager jail and my father "EXECUTED" until I was of age they educated me but didn't understand me then they transferred me to actual jail where I met with a former friend of my dad we begin our lives together and he thought me everything and we decided to move to Los Santos for new opportunity, then I decided to move on in a new life as a driver.. I am Abbas Assad.

The skills that I believe DCC would benefit from is my hard-work and determination to my job I am so loyal and friendly attribute I am good at communication and great at driving skills I have been driving since my arrival at Los Santos and I understand and familiar about all the traffic and other important laws of the great country , I will do my best to provide best experience to the customers of DCC and will serve them as much as I could I have a great passion for driving and hardworking I will never stop until or unless I complete a task provided to me.

Downtown Cab Co Official Contract

This Member Contract (Downtown Cab Co) is made and entered into on “02/10/2022”

By and Between:
Employee, ”Abbas Assad”
(hereinafter referred to as “Abbas”)

And

Downtown Cab Co.
(hereinafter referred to as “DCC”)
Registered and incorporated in Los Santos.

BACKGROUND

1. The Employee wishes to contract with DCC in order to obtain [Salary, Respect, etc] from DCC in return for their professional services as a [Taxi Driver, Human Resource Employee, ect (TBD)] for the Downtown Cab Co.
2. DCC, by way of its experience, contacts in the Employee Industry, resources, and staff, wishes to provide the services mentioned in Part A to the employee, in return for the employee's services representing DCC through duties and taxi services. DCC also desires and requires that the employee displays [himself/herself] in a professional manner as to not damage the reputation of DCC through their association with one another and the public.

SALARY

DCC agrees to pay the employee for the services that they do in return for a salary which is counted hourly depending on your rank and paid monthly ((weekly)).

SERVICES

The services to be rendered by the Employee pursuant to this Contract shall include:

1. 5 Hours of work per month.
2. Ordinary taxi duties.
3. Respect to all customers to well represent Downtown Cab Co.

ON DUTY UNIFORM

DCC expects the Employee to show pride in representing their workplace by representing and wearing the set uniform appropriate to the employee. Wearing inappropriate/unauthorized clothing while clocked on may result in a punishment to the employee.

CONDUCT

The Employee agrees that his/her personal conduct reflects on the public perception of DCC, and that his/her role as an Employee for DCC makes him/her a public face for DCC. To that end, the Employee and DCC agree that the Conduct of the Employee, both during public events and public-facing down-time, is of great importance to DCC, and favorable Conduct is material to this ongoing contractual agreement. The Employee agrees to abide by the following behavioral standards:

1. The Employee shall always abide by all applicable laws that the Los Santos Penal code is subject to.
2. Use the most direct route to the customer's destination unless they request otherwise.
3. The Employee must Ensure the fare meter and dashcam are turned on and functional before driving.
4. The Employee must assist passengers with their luggage into the taxi.
5. The Employee agrees not to be offensive to and/or fight with other employees or passengers.
6. The Employee must not use their personal phone while a passenger is in their vehicle. The radio should be the only communications device in use.
7. The Employee is prohibited from the use, possession, or distribution of any illegal drugs while engaging in the public eye and activities on behalf of DCC e.g Public Events and taxi duties. Violation of this policy may result in an immediate severance of the contract.
8. DCC reserves the right to terminate any employee with or without reasoning and/or notice. Employees also have the right to resign from the DCC at any moment without a reason however a reason would be preferred for company records.
9. If an accident occurs and it was caused due to the employee’s negligence, the employee is reliable for 100% of all costs which will be taken out of the employee’s salary.

Employee Handbook

DCC is based in Los Santos and is committed to providing excellent taxi services to all its residents. Our goal is to impress every customer who rides with us by being prompt, having great customer service, and maintaining clean vehicles. Here at the DCC, we treat our customers with the utmost respect to ensure they want to use our services again! This handbook will give you an overall guide to working for the DCC and what we expect from you along with all our rules, guidelines, and explanations.

1.0 - Radio Codes

The radio is the primary communication device used by all DCC employees. It is of significant importance to Management and High Command to ensure that all operations are running smoothly. This, therefore, means that the radio frequency must under no circumstances be shared with anyone. The radio frequency is 1. Radio codes are vital to the efficiency and professionalism of the company. Before going on duty or driving a taxi, you must learn these codes and know how to use them. Radios must be in use at all times while on duty and on the correct frequency. Ignoring radio requests and failure to follow protocol may result in punishment. Making mistakes is perfectly normal and management will always reach out and correct you if need be, never see this as an embarrassment and always look at it as a learning curve, we all make mistakes!

The following are the official radio codes used by DCC:

Whenever asking for help, you must always follow the chain of command.

1.2 - Divisional Structure

There are 4 divisions in DCC.

Below you will find the structures of the 4 divisions and at what rankings must be to be able to join them.

Internal affairs

This division is purely run by High command, only HC can join, upon reaching that rank you are immediately placed in IA.

Human Resources

The division is run by Director Rob Crawford and can only be accessed when you become a Supervisor+.

Public relations

The division can only be accessed when you become a Junior Driver+.

1.3 - Staff Salaries

All employees will receive an hourly wage corresponding to their rank and will need to perform their duties for a minimum of 5 hours per month ((week)) to avoid hour warnings. The higher the rank of the staff member, the higher the salary they will receive. Once a taxi request is completed, the payment will be stored in the treasury to fund the salaries which will be distributed every Sunday.

Many elements could potentially affect your salary, this depends on quite a few factors both positive and negative. For now, we will look at the positive aspects.

When it comes to working in a company, there are many things that could affect your salary. It's not always just your hour salary x hours worked. Certain positive aspects you could encounter is being an employee of the month, when an employee has shown true dedication to the company and management feels that they deserve something extra they could receive an undetermined amount of a bonus on their check.

When the company has a very good month and high command feels that they are able to give bonuses to the employee (dividends) for the profit that month.

Another factor is events, public relations will hold many internal or external events, DCC will always allocate money towards public relations and they can use this money however they want, it could be in form of parties, treasure hunts, or much more. At these events, the winner could gain cash prizes which will be added to their salary or you could gain an asset like a vehicle.

Wherever there is a positive there is a negative. In Fact, when it comes to driving taxis in a company there are quite a few factors that could result in you losing money. The number one thing that may lead to the biggest loss of cash that is very avoidable is accidents, due to the certain limitations of Los Santos. It is not a very insured city so we need to usually fork out the cash from our own pocket. Often when an accident happens our taxis are equipped with a camera that you need to switch on, when managers review the accident and deem it to be your fault then an email will be sent to the CEO with a receipt, you will be billed for the following:

• Vehicle Repairs
• Road/street repairs (if any)
• Legal fees (if the opposing party wishes to press charges)
• Damages to the opposite vehicle

Now for the most part it will simply be vehicle repairs to your own taxi and not much more, however, I have taken the liberty to list all possible fees you may encounter so you are aware. Whenever you are billed, you will receive a copy of the receipts(s) to know exactly what you are paying for.

The next thing that could harm your paycheck is if the company has not made enough money for that month and needs to cut some paychecks, now this one we will ALWAYS use as a last resort and very much hope it never happens. We will also always aim to reimburse you in the future if the CEO deems it viable.

Something important to note is the CFO is currently held by the CEO and will remain like that for the foreseeable future.

1.4 - Employee Conduct

All employees should:

• Show a professional attitude whilst with passengers
• Have the utmost respect for every person, no matter their race, identity, or gender.
• If someone prefers to be called by a certain pronoun please respect it.
• Be well presented and dress appropriately in the company uniform
• Ensure the fare meter and dashcam are turned on and are functional before driving
  • DCC employees are the only individuals eligible for free taxi rides and should be prioritized over other customers
  • Fare prices may be discounted due to active company agreements
• Use the most direct route to the customer's destination unless they request otherwise
• Assist passengers with their luggage into the taxi
• Search the taxi for lost belongings and items and return them to the DCC HQ before accepting another request
• Operate the taxi in accordance with all the applicable laws and regulations with regards to the safety and comfort of passengers and the general public
• Not be offensive to and/or fight with other employees or passengers
• Not use their personal phone while a passenger is in their vehicle. The radio should be the only communications device in use.
• Never initiate a conversation on certain sensitive topics which could offend someone including but not limited to offending the LGBTQ Community, racist jokes, or jokes that are classified as dark humor/black humor.

For the safety of the customers, all employees should:

• Not operate the vehicle for an excessive amount of time that causes tiredness and fatigue
• Not carry more passengers than the vehicle safely allows
• Not operate a vehicle while under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Report any criminal activity witnessed to High Command/police and don't be a vigilante
  • Passenger acting suspiciously? - Try not to question them or intervene while they
    are inside the vehicle. Wait until they are out of sight at their requested destination
    to then call the appropriate authorities. Ensure to include the name of the
    passenger and what you heard them say or do. We do this to guarantee the safety
    of employees and to not have any incidents occur while the individual is in close
    proximity to the driver or vehicle.

1.5 - Terminations, suspensions, resignations, demotions, promotions

Terminations

Terminations are going to occur in the lifetime of a company, especially in a company that has a decently high turnover rate. As the official taxi company of LS, we must make sure our employees are the best in the city. There are so many factors that could end up in you being terminated that I could not even list them all. In our rulebook, we have a few things that the company strives for and these must be respected, such as respect. In DCC management and high command are not always going to be by your side 24/7 so we will manly see things on paper, in high command respect, honesty, professionalism are the 3 main things we really look at in an employee, and breaking one of these 3 codes could put you in a bad spot. In fact, DCC reserves the full right to terminate you without informing you of the reason (psst, a little secret, we will always have a reason). If you did something to break one of these 3 codes, high command will not take it and may result in a termination, it is something we DO NOT tolerate in the company, in fact, if you disrespect someone to feed your ego that may be a cause for termination itself. DCC could also terminate you based on your performance, as mentioned above many want to join the company so if you start slacking and your performance drops, management could end up terminating you to have more room in the company. If you navigate to our punishment guidelines you will find out other reasons.

Suspensions

This is another thing rather frowned upon and if you get suspended consider yourself lucky as it doesn't happen to many, usually you just end up getting terminated. Suspensions are something that places you on very thin ice, anything that may upset this ice could result in you being terminated, even for the smallest of things. In Fact, a suspension is given for you to redeem yourself and prove that you learn from your mistakes, if we feel that this suspension period did not change much of your behavior, we then have no reason to hold you inside of DCC.

Resignations

When a member resigns it's rather sad for us but just part of the process. Resignations are something to give a thought to and not on the spot, talk to some people about it before doing it to make sure it's not a reason that could be solved. If you resign you can always come back and reinstate into your position or a position below, all depends on the length of your leave.

Demotions

Demotions are usually a rare thing to happen and normally happens when you keep doing certain repeated actions that result in a demotion, in fact getting demoted usually comes with a suspension.

Promotions

Promotions are an important part of being in the DCC as it shows an employee’s dedication and success. Rewards come with promotions which include a higher hourly wage and permission to drive a wider selection of vehicles for our passengers. This also means that promotions will be thought about thoroughly with High Command/Management to ensure the right employee is ascending up the ranks.

Promotions will be issued on the Sunday of each week. They are issued taking into account an employee's sufficient work hours for the time period, time with the company and/or since their last promotion, attitude to work, and performance.

1.6 - Standby Locations

We would rather our customers didn’t have to wait long periods of time for our services so we have set up standby locations which provide ease of use. If a location seems unpopular at a specific time then the driver should relocate to a different standby location. Only 3 taxis may be parked at each location at any time to ensure there is no overcrowding. During these waiting times, you may converse and get to know your fellow colleagues but make sure to prioritize taking requests, you may go to people and ask them if they need a lift anywhere.

The following are acceptable, High Command approved locations:

• Los Santos Bank - In view of members of the public exiting the bank but not too close to obstruct parking of other members of the public.
• Legion Square Parking
• Los Santos Customs - Ensure to not park in an area that obstructs LSC worker’s ability to perform their duties.
• Parking Garage - Inside of the parking area, just south of where they park their car.
• DMV - As you drive into the DMV you take a left turn.
• Los Santos Airport - Right outside of the main terminal there is an adequate location
• Mount Zonah MD - Across the road, opposite city hall.
• Department Of Corrections - Outside of the main door. Anyone at DOC will also be responsible for responding to calls in Sandy & Paleto.

Directors may temporarily approve a location for 24 hours for testing purposes.
