Position: Records Trainee
  • Office of Notary & Records Under the Department of State and at the direction of the Secretary of State this office is responsible for upholding the integrity of contractual records ensuring that all persons and entities are protected under the law through notarization of contracts, secure management of the archived contracts, and the management and regulatory nature over the Notary Public Commission.

    Job Description: Learning about how the San Andreas Government will operate. Records Trainee will learn of the departmental structure. Each records trainee will be set to be trained within their corresponding division. They will learn how their department functions, and their chain of command. Records trainee's will be assigned with learning how to keep tabs on each given notarized contract, and they will learn how to handle NPC applications.

    Vacancies: 1

    Pay Grade: GSO 1

    Duties: (Specified Duties)
    • Learning how their department works.
    • Understanding the chain of command within SAG.
    • Beginning to learn how to handle NPC applications.
    • Keeping a clear record on EVERY notarized contract.
    • Learning office functionality.
    • Assisting their higher ranking officials in any duties they require help in.
