My name is Eli Acosta, I am currently 21 years old and was born and raised in Sweden. Growing up I was a very quiet child, usually stuck to myself and didn't make that many friends. I spent most of my spare time working with my father in his vehicle workshop, where he would repair old cars and motorbikes. I learnt a ton of stuff just watching my father work on vehicles, and was planning on joining the family business when I grew older. However, that never came to be. His workshop started losing customers, until he ultimately ended up bankrupt. This made him extremely depressed, which resulted in him catering to alcohol. Ever since that day, I never really spoke to my father again. I realized that I would never be able to follow in my father's footsteps with the workshop, so I ventured into other business avenues. There was nothing left for me in Sweden, which is why I bought a one-way plane ticket to Los Santos. Since landing I've always been a freelance worker, started out as a postal courier but I've done all sorts of things. I've been a garbage collector, Uder Eats delivery driver and much more.
What skills do you have that you believe DCC would benefit from? (Minimum of 75 words)
My biggest skills that I believe DCC could benefit from are my social and driving capabilities. I got my drivers license in Sweden as soon as I turned 18, and have been driving ever since. I've been driving non-stop every day for 3 years. Not only that, but I am also a very social person. I love conversing with random people that I've just met, and I can't help but think that DCC is the perfect job for me in that regard. I am also a very dedicated person. If I were to get this job, I would be extremely dedicated to my tasks and do my very best.
Why would you like to join the DCC team? (Minimum of 75 words)
I feel like DCC would be the perfect job for me. Like I stated above, I'm an extremely social person. Meeting new people every day while driving them around is quite literally a dream job for me. I am also already a regular customer with DCC, and I've been able to meet and converse with quite a few taxi drivers. Every single taxi driver I've met seems to be extremely nice and welcoming, so that sounds like a team that I'd really like to be part of.

Define Powergaming and give an example:
Powergaming in short is abusing the game mechanics and/or server script to gain an advantage over others. For example: If you want to handcuff a player, you must give them a chance to resist using /me & /do commands. If you scriptly handcuff them without prior roleplay, that is considered powergaming.
What is the difference between /me and /do? and give an example:
/me is used to describe your character's actions and/or expressions. For example: /me takes out his wallet from his back pocket and takes out a $100 bill
/do is used to describe factual statements. For example, if your character has been smoking marijuana and soon thereafter gets pulled over, you could use "/do you would smell a scent of marijuana coming from the vehicle".
Define Metagaming and give an example:
Metagaming in short is using third party means to communicate about in-character stuff. For example: Being in a discord voice call with a friend and you're both playing on the server, would be considered metagaming. Another example could be: You are watching a Twitch stream live on VitalRP & you see the streamer enter a drug lab that you've never seen before. You then use that information in-character, even though you gained the information through OOC means.
Which rule does the following describe: the act of emphasising roleplay over acquiring a level of skill that is unrealistic.
[X] Non-Roleplay
[ ] Powergaming
[ ] Alternative Roleplay
Define Non-Roleplay and give an example:
Non-roleplay entails doing unrealistic actions and/or promoting poor roleplay. For example: Driving a sports vehicle up mount chilliad would be extremely unrealistic and considered non-roleplay.
You are in a taxi by yourself and it stalls. A man runs up to the taxi and points a gun at you close range. He begins shouting demands for you to exit the vehicle and to put your hands in the air. You have a pistol on your person. What should you do?
I would simply comply with the man's demands, as I wouldn't want to risk my own life and possibly end up dead.
