My name is Harry Wu. I come from a city, far away from Los Santos called Liberty City and came over here to look for a fresh start in a city that is much more different than my old one. I didn't do anything notable there, my first ever job was offloading cargo in a warehouse for a store, it's nothing big and I only did that when I was young since I had a hard child hood so I had to help my family financially too. After growing up to being of age to get a drivers license, I got it as soon as I could and it was way before my other friends would acquire theirs too. After that, I decided to become a taxi driver, since it was a lot of fun for me driving cars around and I had a passion for them, and with driving in that crowded city, I also at the same time got a lot of experience for driving cars too, but after the same old routine became boring for me, I left my job, left a farewell letter to my parents and went out looking for a fresh start, and the place I set my eyes on was this city - Los Santos.
What skills do you have that you believe DCC would benefit from? (Minimum of 75 words)
The skills that the DCC firm might benefit from my being in the team in my opinion would be - Number one that I am a good driver and a very safe driver, I have a lot of experience with driving many different cars and that makes the biggest experience gap in between me and other people, and my driving record is clean. I am a group worker, I would not be afraid to voice out my opinions on certain things and tell people or even teach new people in the team that might not have the experience as of yet and are only trying to gain it, and lastly, I am a hard working person and I would put a lot of work in and try to be around as much as possible to help everyone around.
Why would you like to join the DCC team? (Minimum of 75 words)
I would like to join the Downtown cab company because I want to have a stable and trustworthy source of income for a long time since I know that the company has been around for a while and has a great reputation in the city, being the only taxi company around and I have big hopes of going far within the company. What inspires me about applying for this job is the work that the other drivers have been doing, and after seeing them and how nice the team of DCC is, I thought that it's my time to attempt to join it too.
Have you applied previously and been rejected? If so what have you done differently this time?
I have not applied before

Define Powergaming and give an example:
Powergaming is not allowing the receiving party to fully develop their role play the way they want it to go and making it go ONLY your way with you having the better opportunities of winning in that situation. Example - say same Johnny evaded police, but unsuccessfully and crashed his car in him resulting with stalling it. Police taze him, try to get him in cuffs, but he, without doing much effort in his role play is just constantly refusing any type of rp from police with him almost having super powers and being a very strong human being, being able to resist anything thrown at him. They try to cuff him, he breaks the cuffs and runs away, they roleplay out them falling onto him and holding him to the ground while he is tased, he just stands up and runs away without paying much attention.
What is the difference between /me and /do? and give an example:
the /me command is used to describe what action your character is currently doing, example - /me attempts to put on a pair of cuffs on x's wrists.
the /do command is used to describe an action being done or to describe a roleplay scenario that is or happened in the near past, example - /do the mans gloves would have a lot of gunpowder residue on them.
Define Metagaming and give an example:
Metagaming is using any type of a 3rd party software to gain an advantage on other players through sending out or gathering information and using the information gathered through OOC means on your IC character
Player 1 and Player 2 are speaking on discord, Player 1 starts getting robbed and tells his friend player 2 to come and help him, without speaking anything in game or his IC character figuring it out, he comes and guns down the person robbing Player 1.
Which rule does the following describe: the act of emphasising roleplay over acquiring a level of skill that is unrealistic.
[X] Non-Roleplay
[ ] Powergaming
[ ] Alternative Roleplay
Define Non-Roleplay and give an example:
Non-Role play is of you or another person doing certain actions that just don't make any sense in the RP world that we are portraying. This rule enforces the fact that everything has to be done in a realistic manner and not with the "video gaming" feel, but more like you're doing it in real life or basing it off real life.
Example - Johnny has bought his new luxurious sports car from the dealership and decides to take it for a spin. He goes driving around in any way he want, whether it be crashing every where and then not roleplaying taking any injuries or going offroading with the same car that he is driving, just not caring about his own well being and making it all look like a joke.
You are in a taxi by yourself and it stalls. A man runs up to the taxi and points a gun at you close range. He begins shouting demands for you to exit the vehicle and to put your hands in the air. You have a pistol on your person. What should you do?
I comply with any demands the person is giving me as he is the one holding my life in danger and any wrong move from my side, would result in me being killed. Doesn't matter if I have a gun, since if I try to take it out under gunpoint, it would be classed as FearRP from my side.
