Jason Capp

N/A

Please state your date of birth:
16/JUN/1991

Please state your phone number:
N/A

Have you been convicted of a crime? If so, what for?
No

Do you have any prior employment? If so, please state them here with the reason(s) as to why you left them:
Yes, I was police cadet before but I think being police officer will be hard for me, so in my opinion DCC is better.

Please write a personal biography: (Minimum of 200 words)
My early childhood was a typical middle-class environment circa the 1990s. My dad worked for Harlem Community Development Corp as a parts salesman and my mom was a stay-at-home mother. I had a happy, normal childhood as an only child, leaving me somewhat spoiled. My mom and dad divorced when I was eight years old and both remarried within a year or so of the divorce. My dad remained married to my stepmom Bev until his death. My mom would marry two more times. My first stepdad Vince became a big part of my life and I maintained close contact with him until his death in 2010, two days after my real dad died. Yes, that was a very bad week, losing both of my dads. Growing up with split parents was not especially difficult since each of my parents kept me out of their divorce and they got along fine at events where both of them were present. I lived with my mom until I was 16 and in high school. By my sophomore year in high school, I had begun to hang around with friends that got me into a lot of trouble with a number of things including smoking pot and drinking. I was rapidly heading down a negative path but was fortunate enough to notice it before I had done any serious damage. I moved in with my dad to Japan and changed to high schools and friends. And I finished high school in Japan. Even with my questionable behavior earlier in my life, I had always wanted to become a Taxi Driver, which I could not do until I was 18 years of age. So I managed to return to the USA. however, started living with my mom again. not to mention, My mom was a lawyer. I thought applying for a Down Town Cab Company is not the right time. because the city was not crowded. After I moved out to Los Santos in 2022 I think it is the best time to apply to DCC.

What skills do you have that you believe DCC would benefit from? (Minimum of 75 words)
I feel that I have many valuable traits, such as problem-solving, punctuality, and confidence in decision-making. As well, overcoming challenges is the most valuable trait that I possess it because I'm a very open-minded person who thinks outside the box. because I can see myself performing best in the most high-octane situations. In short, I would love to be able to do more and bring justice to Los Santos.

Why would you like to join the DCC team? (Minimum of 75 words)
I would like to join Down Town Cab Company to communicate with more people and making new friends, also I want to achieve my goals when I m joining DCC, one of them is being a management member in Down Town Cab Company, to manage our members and teaching them how the things works, because I'm friendly, honest and loyal with people which I'm sure I can be a great Assistant Manager for our company.
Have you applied previously and been rejected? If so what have you done differently this time?
I was in DCC before, but I left the company because of Police Department, but now I regret it and I just want to be taxi driver as before.

Define Powergaming and give an example:
Powergaming( PG ) is the act of Force which you can not do it you have to give the player a chance to RP their own answer
For example: doing /me knocks out the police for 30 minutes. is an act of PG that your using strength RP. The only way you can PG is if the player is AFK and unresponsive more then 30s then you can forcefully do your thing

What is the difference between /me and /do? and give an example:
/do : is to be honestly describing an ongoing roleplay or a scenario

/me : is the actions your character does(perform)

For example : /me attempts to turn on his body cam
/do it would be recording
Define Metagaming and give an example:
MG is using ooc information for IC purposes.
For example using discord or any third party communication to give IC info, or talking about ooc things by VOIP or in game chat.

Which rule does the following describe: the act of emphasising roleplay over acquiring a level of skill that is unrealistic.
[x ] Non-Roleplay
[ ] Powergaming
[ ] Alternative Roleplay

Define Non-Roleplay and give an example:
Non rp is promoting poor quality of roleplay, means the unrealistic things that you cannot do it IRL.
For example : You have a sport car and going to off-road by the sport car.

You are in a taxi by yourself and it stalls. A man runs up to the taxi and points a gun at you close range. He begins shouting demands for you to exit the vehicle and to put your hands in the air. You have a pistol on your person. What should you do?
I have to comply with his demands because he is in a close range, so I will get out from my vehicle and puts my hands up, and listening to his demands.
