My name is Ansel Snow, I grew up in the United Kingdom, I am very close with my step-brother Gaven Montasser, when both of us were just children, both my parents had to get a divorce which meant they were separated which lead me and my father to be pulled apart, I was taken with my father and eventually brought up to join the army. After many years serving the country, I moved to Los Santos to reunite with my mother and found that she re-married to somebody else so I met my step-brother Gaven. After a few months of living and connecting with him, I decided it was time to get a real working job instead of living mainly off my mothers money. The process of looking for a new job began, which meant looking for something enjoyable at the same time as making money for myself. After much consideration and interaction with multiple employees, he had come to the conclusion of applying to DCC to keep pursuing my love of driving.
What skills do you have that you believe DCC would benefit from? (Minimum of 75 words)
I am a very calm individual, ever since I joined the army, I was taught how to keep calm in any situation out in the field using multiple advanced techniques, another great trait of mine is loyalty, I will always be loyal to DCC company, no matter what happens, I am fully focused on the job and I am prepared to do anything I have to, to maintain that loyalty with it. Keeping calm and loyal is the most important with customers to keep a good mind-set and make customers continue using the company.
Why would you like to join the DCC team? (Minimum of 75 words)
The initial reason I'm here to apply to join the DCC team is due to my long-term experience with socialising and driving. I always loved to drive back in my home country which means I know this is a job that will benefit me a ton and a job that I can enjoy for my whole life. Being a part of this team to me, means that I will get the opportunity to enhance my love for driving and socialising and use it towards the company while driving customers around to their destinations while keeping a calm and peaceful enviroment.

Powergaming is when you practically force RP. For example if an officer instantly cuffs/searches you with no RP
What is the difference between /me and /do? and give an example:
/me is a way for somebody to state an action they are doing that can't be represented scriptly and /do is a way to enhance the /me and give an outcome of it. for example /me attempts to pat down the individual from head to toe /do would they show any resistance? /do no
Define Metagaming and give an example:
Metagaming is when players use an OOC source such as discord, PM or anything that isn't IC to give or receive information that should only be obtained ICly.

NRP is when a player does anything that is unrealistic or wouldn't be possible in the real world. For example, if they get tazed 5 times and they are still running around like nothing happened.
You are in a taxi by yourself and it stalls. A man runs up to the taxi and points a gun at you close range. He begins shouting and demands for you to exit the vehicle and to put your hands in the air. You have a pistol on your person. What should you do?
I would comply with the individuals demands as it would break the Fear RP rule if I got out and pulled out my gun without fearing for my life. I would also make a report if there was no escelation and make sure to remain in character and not pause.
