Position: Junior Urban Planner
- Bureau of Urban Development: The Bureau of Urban Development will be tasked with managing applications for use of buildings, and areas within the State. Members will be given the chance to shape the geography and local functions of the State (i.e. social spots, business locations, and real estate) Preferred; Prior experience in real estate, urban planning, innovative, free-thinker, and leadership exp.
Job Description: The Junior Urban Planner will assist in establishing the system of property requests, surveying and zoning the geography of the State of San Andreas appropriately using an established standard and criteria. Work to establish properties throughout the State of San Andreas that ranges from residential, non-residential, commercial, and etc. This position will be learning how to handle applications and understand how the government functions.

Pay Grade: GSO 1
Duties:(Specified Duties)- Establish the system and procedures for applying for a property both residential and/or non-residential, or commercial.
- Establish requirements and criteria of property requests.
- Establish survey and zoning systems and criteria for mapping out properties within the State and it's ownership.
- Review and process property requests through a thorough process of property inspection, justification for the property, and other pertinent areas.
- Learning how their department works.
