Alana Montana was born in 1999, in Brooklyn NY, USA. Her parents were Alessandro Montana and Francesca Williams. She also have 3 brothers, 2 elder and 1 younger. Her father, Al, was a soldier and her mother Francesca, was a beautiful and dutiful housewife that kept the family well-fed and intact. Alana has a big family, however, she does not really know many of them at all. Ever since Alana was born, she was treated with respect and like a gem to her family - as the family line did not have females in their bloodline for many decades. She was sent very early to boarding school when she turned 5, and she's always wondering why she has to be so far away from her family. Alana's "Uncle" - a close family friend - has always been the person that she would speak to if she needed any help. Years passed and she finally graduated from University, and she decided to move closer to her family - her priorities would be to find her brothers and reunite with them. Knowing nothing about the new city, she only packed a few clothes and took a flight here. She knew she had to keep her life going and make ends meet. After hearing from a fellow DCC employee about an exciting job opportunity, she decided to put her foot forth to start a new career to help get a grip and hold in this whole new city.
What skills do you have that you believe DCC would benefit from? (Minimum of 75 words)
I'm a pretty happy-go-lucky person, usually bubbly and loves to talk to people. My social skills would be the one to stand out from other people who applies for this job. I'm also pretty flexible with my work hours, and will usually cover for the times where the city will be quiet and not that populated. ((I'm GMT+8)). I'm also quite good with self-awareness, constantly would try to do my best to turn my weaknesses into strengths. I'm a dedicated and hardworking individual too.
Why would you like to join the DCC team? (Minimum of 75 words)
I've heard that Downtown Cab Co. is listed as one of the top places to work in this city. I've met a few of your employees and heard all about the good things about how DCC is all about investing in their employees; practicing to improve on their customer service, intensive driving training and also strong work ethics. . I would love to join your amazing team, continue to create great work and hopefully help all our customers enjoy a great experience with DCC.

Doing things that are unrealistic or forcing roleplay on others without giving them a the chance to react or roleplay back, or making up things that your character would get an advantage of.
Example:
Scenario: Police officer searches me for any illegal weapons and I have a pistol.
Officer: /do would he find any illegal firearm on her person?
Me: /do he would not find any
What is the difference between /me and /do? and give an example:
/me - An descriptive line to interact with other players or what your chacters could be doing
/do - Describes the state of your character and objects around you
Example: /me she would then proceed to add some spices into the pan as stated on the cookbook

I would be nervous and in shock, and would comply to his demands regardless. I would come out of my car slowly and put my hands up as told.
