my name is Dave Barr, i was born on the 7th of august 1999 in a city called Tijuana. living in Tijuana was tough as it is known as one of the worst and most dangerous places in Mexico. whilst living here i lived with my uncle as my mother and father was killed in a gang shootout and was caught in the crossfire, along with my 2 older brothers and my younger sister, my siblings become part of a gang and ended up having to execute my uncle as part of their initiation as the gang thought my uncle was informing the FBI on their every move. once my uncle was killed i had taken the money that was hidden under the floorboards, i took the money and ran to the airport and got a flight out of there as quick as i could to begin a new life and get away from the horrors that were left in that city
What skills do you have that you believe DCC would benefit from? (Minimum of 75 words)
the skills i have that i believe DCC would benefit from would be that i am a great time keeper and i also have great communication skills which is a key skill to have for this job. another skill i have is that i am a great leader and have the skills to be able to manage a team and make sure everything is up to scratch but i am also great at working alone and being independent.
Why would you like to join the DCC team? (Minimum of 75 words)
the reason i would like to join the DCC team is because i want to feel welcomed and form a bond with my colleagues as in my previous job i want appreciated and never felt welcomed. another reason i would like to join the DCC team is that i want to get out there and interact with customers and make sure their needs are met and that i am getting the from A to B as safely and as professionally as possible.

Define Powergaming and give an example:
Powergaming is essentially when a player tries to maximize progress toward whatever goal they set for themselves, usually in a roleplaying scenario. If a player tries to powergame another, it often means that they are trying to forcefully drive the story in a way that favours their character at the expense of others. an example of this would be if i was to just run up to someone with my gun drawn and just start to go through their pockets before allowing them to roleplay whether i succesfully managed to do so or not
What is the difference between /me and /do? and give an example:
the difference between a /me and a /do is that a /me is when i am about to do something ie: /me would attempt to pat down man. a /do would then be the outcome of whether or not i was successful ie: /do successful
Define Metagaming and give an example:
the definition of metagaming is when game information outside of what is available in a game is used to give a player an advantage in-game. an example would be if i was to know the location of a gun stash and was to then tell someone OOCly and then them use that information ICly

You are in a taxi by yourself and it stalls. A man runs up to the taxi and points a gun at you close range. He begins shouting demands for you to exit the vehicle and to put your hands in the air. You have a pistol on your person. What should you do?
if i was in this situation and someone come up to me with a gun drawn and told me to exit the vehicle i would do as i am asked of said person and then wait until the person has left the scene and then call the LSPD and let them know what has just happened because if i was to try and pull out my gun or do anything stupid whilst the person has a gun on me that would bear fear roleplay which is a rule break.
