Job Description and Duties
- Office of Procurement
This office is important in managing contracts for the State Government to include but not limited to; procurement of contracts, regulating contractual obligations with vendors, vetting potential contractor vendors for their bidding offers, and so forth.
Job Description: The Associate Director of Procurement will be responsible for the management and proper functions of the Office of Procurement , its areas of responsibilities, and its staff members; recruitment, management, etc.

Pay Grade: GS06 - GS09 ($9,500 -> $10,500 per month)
Duties:(Specified Duties)- Manage responsibilities of the contracts; vendors, background checks, monitoring, organization of the contracting processes, etc.
- Manage members within the office; recruitment, promotion, demotion, disciplinary actions, etc.
- Provide recommendations of any policy and procedural changes to Senior Executive Staff.
- Able to recommend potential projects to the Chief Administrative Officer.
- Takes initiative and commitment towards assignments and projects
- Free thinker and Innovative person.
- Experience with contracts, procurement, budgeting.
- Impeccable integrity and desire to preserve the integrity for systems.
- Strong desire for public service in working in the City Hall and San Andreas Government to make a change and improvement towards the State and it's citizens.
